Champ Car Fan Zone Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes for random daily, weekly, monthly, and grand prize drawings are open to all Champ Car World Series Fans. However, the following are not eligible to participate: Employees of Champ Car Fan Zone, Champ Car World Series , their respective affiliates and members of each such employee's household (collectively, "Released Parties"). Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

1. ENTRY PERIODS: Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 10/15/07 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 10/17/08 ("Promotional Period"). Internet entries must be received and recorded by Champ Car Fan Zone's computer during the Promotional Period. The Champ Car Fan Zone's computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

Weekly prizes will be drawn on Friday's. The first random daily and weekly drawing will be held Friday, October 19th, 2007. The entry deadline for all online entries for each Weekly Prize is 11:59:59 p.m. ET each Thursday in order to be eligible for the following Friday's drawing.

Monthly prizes will be drawn on the third Friday of each month. The first monthly drawing will be held Friday, October 19th, 2007. The entry deadline for all online entries for each Monthly Prize is 11:59:59 p.m. ET each third Thursday of the month in order to be eligible for the following Friday's monthly drawing.

Grand prizes will be drawn on the second Friday of each sixth (6th) month period. The first grand prize drawing will be held January 15, 2008 and the second grand prize drawing will be held June 15, 2008. The entry deadline for all online entries for each Grand Prize is 11:59:59 p.m. ET each day prior to the Grand Prize Drawing in order to be eligible for the following day's Grand Prize drawing.

2. ENTER BY INTERNET: Visit www.ChampCarFanZone.com (the "website") and click on the "click here to enter" icon, banner or text link. Follow the online instructions to complete and submit an official entry. You will be required to provide your name, complete address, daytime phone number, date of birth, and email address.

Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using any device or artifice may void all of that person's entries and that person will be disqualified. Any form of entry not stated in these Rules is void.

3. DRAWINGS: Random Daily Drawings: One (1) First Prize winner on random days (as described in Rule #2) in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Non-winning entries for any drawing will be carried forward to subsequent drawings. Prizes will be delivered within 60 days of winner determination. Grand Prize Drawing: Grand Prize winner will be selected in a drawing on January 15, 2008 from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail, overnight courier, and/or phone on or about 14 days after a drawing. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes, and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, but Champ Car Fan Zone reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should stated prize become unavailable. If a winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner's parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Limit one (1) Prize per person/e-mail address/address.

4. PRIZES/ODDS: Grand Prizes (2): (1 per 6 month period) Two (2) VIP Tickets and All Access Passes to the 2008 Long Beach Grand Prix. Prize excludes, and winner is solely responsible for, all costs and expenses including but not limited to travel, hotel, and meals. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses associated with the Grand Prize. Any expenses and responsibilities not specified are solely the responsibility of the winner. If winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner selected. Monthly Drawings: Monthly Prize (1 per Month): Champ Car World Series Apparel or Merchandise (Minimum Retail Value US $39.00). Weekly Drawings: Weekly Prize (1 per week): Champ Car World Series Apparel or Merchandise (Minimum Retail Value US $22.00). Random Daily Drawings: Random Daily Prize: Champ Car World Series Apparel or Merchandise (Minimum Retail Value US $14.00). Actual prizes may differ from those shown online or in promotional advertisements. Odds of winning in any drawing depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for that drawing.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Participants agree (a) that Champ Car Fan Zone, their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; and (b) except where legally prohibited, winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Champ Car Fan Zone and those acting with or under any of their authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and/or World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Neither Champ Car Fan Zone nor their respective agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, stolen, illegible, postage due, misdirected, incomplete, non-delivered or unintelligible entries, mail or e-mail; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Champ Car Fan Zone, will be disqualified. Neither Champ Car Fan Zone nor their respective agencies are responsible or liable for any typographical or other error(s) in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Neither Champ Car Fan Zone nor their agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in Champ Car Fan Zone's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Champ Car Fan Zone, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Champ Car Fan Zone reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select winners from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Champ Car Fan Zone. Neither Champ Car Fan Zone nor their respective agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use to this website. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

IN NO EVENT WILL CHAMP CAR FAN ZONE, THEIR PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR RESPECTIVE ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
